Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile applications published by Adevegames on Google Play collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to Cat Cube Away (com.adevegame.catcubeaway).

The short version. Our games do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and they have no accounts to sign into. The only information leaving your device is what the Google AdMob advertising service needs in order to show ads — principally your device's advertising identifier. Everything else, including your game progress, stays on your phone.

Information we collect

This data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Information we do not collect

No name, email address, phone number or any other contact detail
No precise or approximate GPS location
No contacts, photos, files, messages, calendar or microphone data
No user accounts — there is nothing to register for and nothing to sign into
No analytics or usage data is sent to us. Our games record gameplay events (such as a round starting or finishing) only in memory and in local device storage, to help the app function. These records are never transmitted anywhere and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, statistics, coin balance, unlocked items and settings are saved in your device's local application storage. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, are not backed up to our servers, and are permanently removed when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data from your device settings.

Third-party services

We use one third-party service that processes data:

Google AdMob — serves the advertisements in our apps. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Google Play itself also processes information when you download or update an app; that is covered by Google's own policy, not by ours.

Your choices

Reset your advertising ID — Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID. This disconnects future ad data from any previous activity.
Turn off ad personalisation — Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or, on older versions, Opt out of Ads Personalisation). Ads will still appear, but will no longer be personalised.
Remove everything — uninstalling the app deletes all data it stored on your device.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate action.

Data retention and deletion

We operate no servers and hold no database of users, so we have no personal data of yours to retain or delete. Data held by Google in connection with advertising is retained according to Google's policies; you can manage it through your Google Account privacy controls.

Changes to this policy

If our apps begin collecting different information, we will update this page and change the effective date shown at the top before the change takes effect.
